Terms of Use
Last updated:
These terms cover public question banks in Swipenor — the trivia decks any player can create and share. They apply the moment you set a bank to "Public," and by publishing you agree to them.
Publishing makes it public
Setting a question bank's visibility to Public makes it visible to other players in Swipenor's discovery list. Anyone can find it, open it, and play it.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior in public banks. Don't publish content that is offensive, sexual, violent, hateful or harassing, spam, or that infringes someone else's copyright, and don't use Swipenor to harass or target other players.
Reporting a bank
Any player can report a public bank from the ⋯ menu on its detail screen. Choose a reason — offensive content, sexual content, violence, hate or harassment, spam, copyright, or something else — and optionally add a note. You can also report by emailing info@swipenor.com.
What happens after a report
The first report hides the bank immediately for everyone, including anyone who already has a private share link, until a moderator reviews it. If the report is upheld, the bank is removed permanently. If it's dismissed, the bank becomes visible again.
Blocking a creator
You can block any creator from a bank's ⋯ menu or from Profile → Blocked people. Once blocked, that creator's banks stop appearing for you; this doesn't affect what other players see. You can unblock a creator at any time from the same screen.
Account and content removal
Deleting your account (Profile → Danger zone → Delete my account) permanently removes it, along with every question bank you published. This cannot be undone.
